We set up the morning of your party or at least one hour before the event. Please let us know if you need a special delivery time, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We pickup same-day after the rental time has passed. This allows us time to clean and sanitize the rentals.

We offer a pro-rated delivery price for most of Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Our delivery is based on mileage set to
$1 a mile one way. All of our set ups are included in our price.

We accept all major credit cards.  We invoice our clients for deposit and 2 days prior to the event. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our delivery crew does not carry cash. Payment in full is due 2 days prior to the event.

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book any of our inflatable rental equipment. If we are planning your event and have add Ons aside from inflatables, the deposit will be 20% of the total invoice. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit so you can reschedule for any future date.

We can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Please see dimensions of rental equipment for clearance.

We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks. It’s your job to make sure the park has electrical hookups to power the blower. We offer generator rentals for $50. Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance they need us to provide.

If it is raining the day of your event, and you decide to cancel, the deposit will be held so you can reschedule for any future date. The rain will not hurt our inflatables. We encourage you not to cancel due to rain, as most times it is only scattered showers. The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph. No exceptions. You have until 8:00am the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to postpone. The Toddler Package cannot withstand any rain due to safety measures. In this case, you may choose to either cancel and get a refund of your deposit or to postpone your rental to any future date. If the Toddler Package is already set up at your event and it begins to rain, you must bring the equipment inside immediately. You will be held fully responsible for the cost of replacement if the equipment is damaged due to rain.

The weight limit for our bounce is 750lbs. We trust our clients to use their discretion when renting our equipment. No more than 5 people at a time is our general rule.
